Bun in the Oven

Just wanted to share this video of my belly moving all over the place. I have been trying to capture this for awhile and have about 10 videos of the same thing, but this is the best I have gotten yet! The movement starts right around 22 seconds! Enjoy!

Third trimester.....already???

We can't believe we are officially in our third trimester already! We had a dr. appt. last Tuesday and everything looks great! All of my test results from my glucose and blood tests came back normal, my placenta has moved up into the correct position, and my belly is measuring at 30. We start seeing the dr. every two weeks now and I have a feeling the time is going to fly by. The baby is moving so much now and we both love feeling it everyday! It is so exciting! Such a wonderful feeling. I keep trying to catch the movement on video, but as we all know, Baby B is very stubborn when it comes to pictures and videos, but I am going to remain persistant and I will get it on video!!! :) We have started baby classes and got to watch the lovely videos last week. We also got to practice massage techniques too, which was my favorite part! We get the tour of the birthing floor this week. I am looking forward to that too!

Kickboxer????

We had our other 'big' ultrasound today! Let me tell you...this little one has been a movin' and a shakin' lately, so I was so anxious to see him/her. The best news of all is that my placenta moved up and is right where it should be, my amniotic fluid looks good, we saw all three vessels to the umbilical cord, and the four chambers of the heart! Everything looks great! However, this little one has me a little worried. Through both ultrasounds it has just not been photogenic and of course being born to me that could pose to be quite a problem. Baby B better get over this whole being camera shy thing because .... well, that is what I do....take pictures! The lady doing the ultrasound said, "Gosh, it has been a long time since I have had a baby that won't give me ANY good pictures!" So, we got what we got and those are below! I am just happy everything looks great and from the pictures below you can obviously see that it is the most beautiful baby in the world! :)

I love this little profile picture. Cute little nose, forehead and mouth. We could actually see the mouth moving on the ultrasound!

Chesterton and Chi-town

We headed to Indiana and Chicago over my spring break last week. We ended up staying two nights in Indiana because our friends just couldn't bare to see us go! :) HA! We headed into Chicago on Saturday and had a great time walking around Millenium Park and seeing 'The Bean'. It has been awhile since I have been out of Bad Axe and had anything to photograph, so it was fun to take some pics! We ate at Lou Malnati's (yummy deep dish pizza) and then headed to a John Mayer concert in the evening. It was a wonderful vacation away! We had a great time!

Oh, I just had to put a picture of Sir Gus on here. He came in to greet us every morning and hop up on the bed with us. Such a good boy!

Holy baby belly!!!!! We had a great time and the weather was absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!

Work in Progress.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been slowly getting things purchased and put together for the biscuit. Daddy got the baby's swing put together the other day. Molly isn't too sure what to think of all of this, as you can see by the picture below! Yesterday, Grammy was here to start painting the baby's room. When Drew got home from work he was put to work rolling on the paint! I was so anxious to see the color. At first I wasn't sure, but once it was on we both absolutely love it!!! We went in like three times last night to look at it and again this morning! It still needs one more coat, but you get the gist! Can't wait to get it finished and get the decorations put up....then, finally have a baby to put in the crib! :)

My Aunt Dinah, Mom and Maggy joined us yesterday too! We got all of the shower invitations stuffed and addressed and ready to go out.....soon!

Drew just realized that we have 110 days left in our pregnancy (assuming we go on time). He said, "The beer that is brewed today, will expire on the day our baby is born!" Classic!
