I wanted to drink her sash

Well, I believe it is official. I am pretty sure all of my close high school friends are now hitched (if I am forgetting anyone, please forgive me). Heidi Ventline, now Mrs. Heidi Davis, was the last one to take the plunge this past weekend! It was an absolutely gorgeous wedding. My talents were put to the test once again and I did Heidi's (along with some of her bridesmaids, Mom, and sister) make-up for the big day. Somebody at the wedding told me, "Holy cow! Really? That is gutsy. A girls make-up can make or break her on her wedding day!" I hope I lived up to her expectations. Everyone keeps telling me I am in the wrong profession because I cut Drew's hair, I did make-up when we were at Heidi's bachelorette party, I did her nails for her wedding, I had input for her wedding hair, and I did make-up for her wedding. Photography, cosmotology....or teacher!? Who knows? Anyway, it was great catching up with new and old friends at the wedding and Heidi looked absolutely beautiful (Yes, Lance you looked handsome too!). Her sash on her dress was my favorite....it was so delicious I just wanted to drink the crystals! We love you both and wish you a wonderful, happy life!

Treated Like Royalty

We went down to Indiana this past weekend to get a quick visit in before I get busy with school again. We spent all of our time with Bri and Kyle because unfortunately everyone else was busy, but it was GREAT spending some quality time with them. We were not expecting the royal treatment all weekend, but let me tell you, Bri can cook a mean breakfast. On Saturday morning we woke up to banana nut and blueberry pancakes, fresh fruit, and great coffee. Then, on Sunday morning we had tasty scrambled eggs with green peppers, onions, salsa, and sour cream. Yummy! We also had our first experience at the infamous "El Salto" restaurant in Chesterton. The food was okay, but the drinks were better! Huge margaritas are their specialty. We had a wonderful time and we even took Molly so she could spend time with her boyfriend, Sir Gustafson Wayne! We love you guys and can't wait to see you again soon!

Mr. and Mrs. Centellas

Heather DeCourval, my long-time next door neighbor growing up, got married this past weekend. It was a beautiful ceremony at Verona. It was wonderful to be with my girlfriends for a bit and then head to Mark and Ashlie's to close out the night! Congratulations Heather and Sam!

Too bad the little black part on the bottom of the heel broke off at Mark and Ashlie's! I know, I know, I can get it fixed, but this is the second pair of shoes this has happened to! What is the deal!
